I Hate Sushi ::: v.6 ~With Love feat. Liv Tyler~

About Layout: I chose this picture of Liv Tyler because the look on her face just seems like she's in a moment of adoration, which reflects how I feel when I think about certain people in my life. It felt very personal to me and I knew immediately that I'd be able to do something with it. I've actually been working on it for about a month but I did just what I wanted to do just in time for Valentine's Day. :) As for the exclamation at the top of the picture, I chose that because, with a Holiday webdings font, I found the two hearts that looked like they were exploding and they were perfect. Often when I think about my love for a particular person, my heart feels like it could explode with love and joy for him. In a way I suppose it does since, well, it spreads like wildfire to my lips and creates a sort of whimsical smile on my face. I can't help it, and anyone who's ever been there probably knows exactly what I mean. I finally found my light, and while he may not be a perfect person, he's just right for me. Plus, he likes Liv Tyler, so that's another reason I chose her. LOL Not to mention that it all fits right in with the whole Valentine's Day thing. So, I call this one "With Love." I have to say that this is my favorite layout so far because it's the first one I've made in a long time that had more to do with my feelings rather than my thoughts.

29 January 2005 As you can see, I have updated and finally put a picture up. I still don't have a decent computer of my own so boyfriendly (Nate, as some call him) got his second computer up and running. Okay, he didn't get it running for me, he really got it so he could play 2 characters at once on EverQuest but then he stopped playing EQ and left it up for me to entertain myself while he's playing World of Warcraft. I'm really glad he's cute and he takes care of himself better than your typical gamer, otherwise, I don't think I'd be dating him. LOL (i.e.: he bathes, and he does go to work everyday, and occasionally he goes out into the public to socialize...and not with other gamers. Thank God for that!) Anyway, this is what I do while he's playing video games. Sometimes it gets boring, sometimes not. Either, way, though, it's the perfect solution to my boredom while he plays his games and my lack of time to work on this site! Hey! Why didn't I think of that sooner? Oh yeah...I did. Anyhow, we have a party to go to, so I suppose I better finish up here and vamanos! I'll get back to you cats again sometime in the near future. Adios!

23 October 2004 Just popping in to say that most of the update is finished, minus the graphics. But I'll get to that later. Right now, I'm tired and cold, so I'm going back to bed. See you folks later! Amber :)

19 September 2004 Boy oh boy...summer just flew past! I didn't even get to finish my layout for that season! Or for spring, even...how bout that? Wow...I guess it would help if I actually still had my own computer to work on. Unfortunately, mine went capoot and flew off to computer heaven...almost. It still works but, it's a piece of shite. It's super slow, I constantly have problems running any programs and when Nate opened it up, he said that there's nothing really salvageable in it, not even the case. Yikes! It's so old that trying to upgrade it would just fry the power source and then it would REALLY be dead. Apparently, I own a computer geek's nightmare. That's why I'm using Nate's computer right now. His is super fast...he pretty much built it himself and spent a pretty penny doing so. But I can guarantee that you won't be able to get your hands on a computer like his for at least another year or so, unless you build it. It's handy having a boyfriend who can fix your computer or at least tell you it's garbage. Now if only he could've done the same with my poor car. Anyway...I have a ton on my mind and lots of work to do so, if you want to read anymore of my strange and somewhat random thoughts, go check out the blog...it will be updated as soon as I can get to it.
